Welcome to use the Marvo AI Chat Application! Before using our services, please read this User Agreement (the “Agreement”) carefully. This Agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between you and Marvo regarding the use of the services. By using the Marvo application and its related services, you consent to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, please do not use the services.
1. Marvo: Refers to the entity that provides this AI chat application and related services.
2. User: Refers to an individual or organization that uses Marvo's services.
3. User Content: Refers to any text, images, audio, video, or other information uploaded, posted, or sent by the user during the use of the services.
1. Service Provision: Marvo provides users with AI chat services, including natural language conversations, information queries, content creation, etc. We will do our best to ensure the availability of the services, but we cannot guarantee that the services will not be interrupted or malfunction.
2. Usage Rules
◦ Please comply with laws, regulations, and ethical norms. Do not use the services for any illegal, 违规 (violation of regulations), or infringing activities that violate the rights and interests of others.
◦ Using automated tools, scripts, or other means to interfere with the normal operation of the services, or conducting malicious attacks or tampering, is prohibited.
◦ Without Marvo's prior written permission, you cannot use the services for commercial purposes such as advertising promotion and marketing.
1. Account Registration and Management
◦ You must provide true and valid information when registering an account and be responsible for the authenticity of the information.
◦ Keep your account and password secure and be responsible for all activities conducted through your account. If you find that your account has been stolen or there are security risks, notify Marvo immediately.
◦ Registering an account by impersonating others or using false information is prohibited.
1. Content Ownership: The user owns the ownership of the content uploaded and posted by themselves. However, by using the services, the user grants Marvo the following rights.
2. Authorization License: The user authorizes Marvo to use, store, modify, display, and disseminate the user content free of charge, non - exclusively, and with the right to sublicense, solely for the purpose of providing and optimizing the services. Without the user's further consent, it will not be used for other purposes.
3. Content Review: Marvo has the right to review user content. If any illegal, violation of regulations, or agreement - violating content is found, Marvo has the right to delete or block it and will not be liable. The user is responsible for the legality of the content.
1. Privacy Policy: Marvo values user privacy. For specific protection measures, please refer to the Marvo Privacy Policy, which has the same legal effect as this Agreement.
2. Information Collection and Use: Marvo only collects user information necessary for providing services and will use, store, and protect it in strict accordance with the privacy policy. Without the user's consent, personal information will not be disclosed to third parties.
1. Marvo's Intellectual Property Rights: Marvo owns the intellectual property rights of the services and related software, technologies, and content, such as trademarks, patents, and copyrights. Users are prohibited from infringing these rights, and operations like reverse engineering and cracking of the services are not allowed.
2. Users' Intellectual Property Rights: The user owns the intellectual property rights of the created content but grants Marvo the license rights specified in this Agreement.
1. Liability Limitation: To the extent permitted by law, Marvo will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by the use of the services, such as data loss, business interruption, or profit loss.
2. Disclaimer: Marvo is not responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information obtained by users through the services. Marvo will not be liable for service interruptions or inability to use the services normally caused by force majeure, network failures, third - party actions, etc.
1. Agreement Amendment: Marvo has the right to modify this Agreement according to business development and regulatory changes. The modified Agreement will be announced within the application and will take effect upon announcement. Continuing to use the services means that you agree to the modified Agreement.
2. Service Termination: Users can stop using the services and cancel their accounts at any time. If users violate this Agreement or laws and regulations, Marvo has the right to terminate the services directly and delete the account and related data.
